arrghhh HELP

anyone know computers?? anyone help??

When Installing a new anti-virus, as my last one is out of date, I kept getting the error message: 1327 Invaled drive E.. so searched it and found how to correct it... only now I get the error message :

Error 1324 . The folder path 'My Pictures' contains an invalid character.

When searching how to fix this it gave me numerous option such as Tweak UI etc Only I cant find the folder 'My Pictures' so I cannot rectify anything!!!

arrgghhhhhh what do I do?????

Normally, anti-virus software offers an option to scan your computer before installing the software... does yours allow you to do that?... The only thing I can suggest unfortunately....
